This is the 5th or 6th week of eating {mostly} from our pantry. I'm trying to get things cleared out of the freezers in particular and save a little cash.
The menu is a work-in-progress.
Monday: Chicken nuggets from the freezer, fresh salad, grapes
Tuesday: Grilled sweet-and-sour meatballs, brown rice. I'm going to use this recipe as inspiration and use what I have on hand. I think it will involve meatballs, bbq sauce, pineapple chunks, and little sweet peppers.
