Meal Plan Sunday

I am on my 5th week of a Pantry Challengs.  I'm doing my best to reduce the amount of food I have stockpiled in our cupboard, pantry, fridge and freezers.  There is a lot and that's not even counting the long-term food storage we have.

Monday:  Mexican Flatbread Pizza (tortillas, refried beans, cheese, onions)

Tuesday:  Meatball sandwiches  (frozen meatballs, bread/rolls, Italian sauce, cheese), No-Bake cereal bars for dessert

Wednesday:  Light chicken soup (frozen chicken, frozen brown rice, carrots, other vegetables)

Thursday:  [leftovers]

Friday:  Pizza
