Monday: Slow cooker chicken and winter vegetables
Tuesday: Hamburger/mashed potato casserole, corn
Wednesday: Chicken fajita melts
[This was very tasty and everyone really liked it. I used Jack cheese instead of pepper Jack because that is what I had on hand.]
Breakfast: Homemade pancakes from the freezer
Thursday: Taquitos from the freezer, rice
Friday: French bread (or traditional crust, not sure which) pizza
