Monday: Honey Lime Chicken over rice
Tuesday: Beef barley stew + bread [This stew is REALLY good--I made a second one and froze it in a gallon bag before cooking. It'll be an easy dinner in a few weeks.]
Wednesday: Pulled BBQ pork on buns, finger vegetables [slow cooked pork roast, shred and add bottle of BBQ sauce]

Friday: Pizza
