New babies

We've been watching a mama dove sitting on a tiny, tiny nest for more than a week. Haven't seen her budge an inch. This morning C came running in to tell me the mama bird is gone so there must be babies in the nest. Right she was! However, the birds are a lot bigger and have a lot more feathers than I expected so she must have been sitting on babies for a few days and not just eggs.
