The exciting day has arrived!

Yes, Caroline got her braces on today! She was so excited she could barely contain herself. :-) Here is the sweet girl before:

They put a special device in her mouth to keep the teeth isolated. Interesting how you can see the "skull and crossbones" effect when you can see the mouth's structure so clearly.

The line leaving Mexico was really long and took us most of an hour.

We struck up a conversation with the teenaged boy in line behind us who loves to talk to Americans in order to improve his English. I attract English language learners (happily!). He took this picture of us.
